Ring the branch, they'll be able to re-issue you a replacement card/season ticket. They'll have your address/email on record so you shouldn't even need the number.

Had an unfortunate episode whilst up at Ireland v NZ a few weeks ago (and no it's not that try that I'm talking about! )

Was pick pocketed and my ST (still there from the match the night before) as well as some money was taken.. I do have my brother's ST and we renewed together so I'm assuming the numbers are back to back on the ST system...

Wondering if anyone's ever had an issue like this and how to deal with it? Obviously having paid for the ST I'd like to get to the rest of the matches
