I've a 100% attendance record too but haven't gotten any offer.
I phoned the branch and was told all those who attended all matches should have received the e-mail on Monday morning offering the free ticket, the discounted ticket offer is for people who weren't at all matches.
The person looking after the offer is out of the office til Monday but will phone me then.
Person I spoke to said the ticket can be still claimed next week so give them a call and get your name in the hat!

Ok Eoin in the branch emailed me back and Im sorted, that said the Tickets.ie site is IMO very user unfriendly and their customer service is terrible.

On the plus side, original error with the code not withstanding the service from the branch was quick and very helpful , so well done CB.

It's a great offer but the tickets.ie site is terrible , customer service is nonexistent and the upshot is two days later I still have no ticket.

It's a joke of a site and anyone trying to buy tickets for games could easily be turned away from it .

Have emailed the branch to let them know and will see what they come back with.

Good offer to be fair and a good reward for supporter loyalty to date. Hopefully should bolster the attendance for what wasn't looking like a glamorous game. Will be able to drag along someone to the next game with a free ticket. They have a mountain of information at their fingertips which should help in relation to seeing who is attending games, what time they come in at etc and making the matchday experience as attractive as possible.

Hopefully they will look at the bigger issues in relation to making the trip to the Sportsground more attractive for non season ticket holders.

Well done to them on this one though even if I think the code will have caused them a lot of heartache.

I had the same problem but emailed the club and they sorted me out straight away

I didn't get anything either. Only missed one game so far (Which I would deem as academic anyway - given that I have invested my money for the full season).

it says ive attended 66%+ which in a way is true, but ive attended 100%. im only getting 50% off
i know that connolly and shelflife do be in early and i think i know the problem. for one game i showed up 10 mins before kickoff and the scanners stopped working and they couldnt scan me and just checked tickets and let us in. disappointing in a way
