Eddie was interested in Connacht. Connacht was not interested in Eddie. Hell, I'd be interested in the role of Chief Cider Taster and International Man of Mystery, don't mean I should get the job.

Of course you should :woohoo:

I'll put you down as a reference on the CV, 4D!

George is at it again in the Indo

"The pressure on Lam to deliver after his appointment ahead of confirmed interest from EOS is immense"

Really cant let it go, must have lost a fortune on that bet !!!

Courage is knowing what lies on the other side and still opening the door.

Knives are out already for Lam, waste of space of a piece, has Hogan nothing better to be writing about?

Sounds more like a troll than anything else.

fortunately for us the only people that wanted EOS as the Connacht coach were the Journalists, also there's too many ex-pro's with biased opinions involved in television and Journalism. To be honest Elwood always recieved kind treatment but I don't expect the same for Pat Lam if we get do off to a poor start but I think we'll prove them wrtong.

The 2013 award goes to... Vincent Hogan!!! for "Bring Back My Eddie To Me".

www.independent.ie/sport/rugby/lam-pledg...n-snub-29541330.html

Upsetting the odds there, our man Vincent.

(Honourable mention to Conor George for "Don't Cry For Me, Ronan O'Gara.")

It's actually quite funny from a supporter's POV at this stage, but for all Lam's talk about doing the right things and putting the right processes in place he'd better not get off to a bad start, they'll slaughter him.
