I would vote for Eoin McKeon. I feel he has really stepped up to the mark this year. I know the two guys will probably run away with it but I think he deserves a mention.

Understand that there is a shortlist of 5 but as I say, I am just giving him a mention!

We're defo gunning for the last match, but what makes it attractive for us makes it harder to get a commitment from the players and, importantly, Eric. Can only imagine that emotion will be running high and he might want to keep his schedule as light as possible.

That's presupposing that he's able to secure the necessary votes. *cough*

last year i thought it was nice, last home game of the season awarding keith and ray the awards there, taking pictures and chatting away with them, well the odd word from ray

i hope the branch make a big day out of the glasgow game, eric's last match etc.

Not 100% sure on the closing date. We're hoping to be able to do the presentation after the last game of the season (seems fitting), but that depends on availability. It stands to reason that it's going to be a big day for a lot of people that might be in the running for Awards, so we shall wait and see.

But a while to go yet, anyway.

We're pleased to announced the start of polling for the Clan Hall of Fame, Player and Young Player Awards 2013. The presentations will be made towards the end of the Season.

There are to be two Inductees into the Hall of Fame, together with the Player and Young Player of the year.

The names down are only suggestions from the Committee, feel free to sound off in the comments and we can add players or tally up suggestions in some other way. If you want to vote for another player not listed above, leave it as a comment in this thread, but DON'T vote. We're a democracy! The lads in Brussels might learn a thing or two from the Clan Forum.
