Its a cracking Idea and as can be seen its proving successful.

Nice to see some good ideas still coming out of the wood work.

Courage is knowing what lies on the other side and still opening the door.

I'd agree. I think in the last couple of seasons Connacht have upped their game big time behind the scenes. They have got more resources (both people and financial) to boost their off the field activities but they are targetting a lot more angles of revenue and are a lot more professional in outlook. I don't doubt the efforts of those behind the scenes in previous seasons but I think the province punched below its potential weight in off the field activities for years.

I think it's a great initiative and it's important that fans realise that moaning about how we're treated by others while maybe doing nothing for Connacht ourselves is hypocritical.

Not that I'm calling those who part with hard earned cash for season tickets and expensive jerseys hypocrites, before anyone explodes! But we all know the type.

Would have liked to get my name on a brick in the wall, but alas, I cant be throwing around 250 willy nilly. Went for the shout out on Facebook instead.

Decent promo video with it

doing good so far, nearly €2500 in less then a day, but if they got few less yellow cards in the pro12 they would of got £10,000.

might throw in a small €1,000 so i'll get a signed jersey B)

Good way of fundraising to develop the academy and younger players and so forth. Already an impressive amount collected and everyone can contribute no matter how small. Think they should be able to meet their 50k target.
