Interesting to see an irish ref since we are quick to point out when its the other way. Ospreys still strong in areas but hopefully we'll give it a go anyway. Out Half and Hooker need to produce more this week!

just talked to mark mccrea on twitter. He is not being picked which is why he is not in the squad. What i saw vs scarlets he was flying. Eric what are you up to?

Something a miss there. He was flying against Scarlets, he should be straight back on the wing for Tuohy. He had big personal problems in Ulster, I just hope they haven't crept back down here. That's the only reason I can think of, or else eric doesn't want to change a winning team, and has seen enough of Loxton on the training pitch to give him a place on the bench.

He was great against Scarlets alright. Maybe the try was a stroll-in (but you've got to be there, right?) but his defence and kicking were good too.

O'Halloran is on fire and Touhy was our top scorer last year so I wouldn't argue against their selection, but it's odd he hasn't even made the bench 2 weeks running.

There's no denying that this Ospreys' side at home will be tough, but Connacht can keep it a lot tighter than Ulster did by minimising Biggar's influence on the game.  They must stay on the right side of the ref and cut out the mistakes that plagued them in the first half of the Dragons game.  It will be a moral victory if Connacht can keep them under 25 points and if they keep them under 20 they have a chance of a losing bonus point.

i went into s4c tv guide (channel 136 on sky i think) and no rugby for friday night they have a game alright but its Saturday's :))

I'm a bit surprised that they aren't showing hairsprays-connacht cause in fairness to the channel they nearly always show a welsh team in action.

ah well will just have to try justintv or myp2p for pictures so.

thanks anyway lads for trying  ;)

Won't be on Justin or P2P BTWD I'm afraid, they rely on relays of a broadcast of which there are none...

Anyway, what more could you want when you've Robs dulcet tones?

Well he is good but pictures are better. He is afraid to raise his voice when connacht score a try and hard to figure out until later when they cross over. Ill have him for back up

According to the pro12 site and the Ospreys site it's not.

So one or the other is mistaken.

Anyway, what more could you want when you've Robs dulcet tones?

Anyone know if its on the box, i've checked s4c and surprisingly it's not on (esp a home game when a welsh side is playing) but alas.

Fair enough EE might feel this one might not be a "target" game and to keep lads happy give them some game time.

But for me RO should start (@ 8) and Muller should be @ 6

but look we have had a fantastic start to the season, and im not saying Elwood is right to throw in the towel b4 the game starts, but lets just cut the manager and team a bit of slack on this one

Dylan deserves his chance, he was superb when he came on the last day. Said it alot before, Mul at 8 is a waste, he gets through his best work at 6. Would have gone with Jarvis, O'Donoghue to keep things fresh and everyne on their toes

Keeping the team fresh is important, though.

Jarvis sounds like he's making the 10 spot his own, but Eric knows an out-half needs more than one start to prove his worth, so two in a row for NOC was probably a plan he had from the beginning.

I'm happy for TJ, but not happy to see Mul at 8. I wish we'd stop with that particular experiment. Razor at 8, Mul at 6 please!

Apart from that, fair enough. Probably some tight calls. Dave must be injured, but it'll be interesting to see how Maguire fares. Away to Ospreys will be  a tough baptism.
