I got my around 11 pm yesterday, tickets were numbered, it was close to 50 sold at that point.

My brother is a Leinster season ticket holders.
Their semi final tickets went on sale yesterday, and I'm fairly certain that he said his ticket cost €20

I don't mind either way but in fairness they should confirm what the story is ...
There is an update on the website but it doesn't mention that situation.

I would assume the €25 price we got is a bit too good to be true, considering H Cup pool games used to be €30.

Can confirm you bought 2 tickets, with only minimal help.

Information has been updated and the tickets sold early are valid and will be honoured.

I got no email. But my account is showing a €50 transaction pending from tickets.ie
The ST portal doesn't show any record of the purchase, and if I'm perfectly honest neither does my brain

My guess would be they turned it on for a few minutes to do a live test to make sure all was ready for Monday and they weren't expecting everyone to pile in.
They'd want to drop us a mail one way or the other to let us know the story.

Aha. I didn't notice any option to print them yesterday (because I was half cut) but when you (1) log back in to cbirfu.seasontickets.ie/renewals , (2) click "my tickets", and (3) click your season ticket, then you should see your "special purchase" with an option to print at home.

So I bought two tickets during the glitch yesterday, but I didn't get any confirmation email, and the money hasn't been taken from my account.

I'm guessing you won't be the only one! There'll be a queue. If it's any consolation I'm thinking that someone in tickets.ie copped what was happening and the portal has been closed. I was able to log on and buy 2 tickets, when I went back on after reading Try Harders post to see if I could add 2 junior tickets, the link was still there under special purchases but said I had purchased my quota. Link was gone and replaced with 'no fixtures available' about 30mins after that.

None....spent my break ( on night shift until 0800hrs) like an anti-christ....will just have to go in fist thing Monday morning to Eoin in the Sportsgrounds!
