Seeing the GAA Manager Jim McGuinness getting a job with Celtic made me wonder why doesn't the Rugby Provinces not tap into the managerial talent in the GAA and get some of these guys to consult? There's been cross-overs before but getting some GAA guy on the top of their game to come in and have a look with new eyes might not be a bad thing. Thoughts?
