Enjoyed the game. Disappointed naturally ,but not disappointed with anyone.(except 1 lad who decided to be a bit more vocal as Toulouse were taking conversions)

"Nice article in Midi Olympique yesterday about the quality of the Connacht supporters. Says it would be a shame for the #HCup to lose them."

It's great travelling and knowing you've the hard work of pub and info sorted- also thanks to Pinky!- Melting Pot just right and central to us all. Felt at home and as Ummm says great to meet clan. Thanks Fourdogs for Le Huit- sorry you were embarrassed not knowing if the 10 missing were going to show or not. A text of apology would have been in order! And most of all thanks for the result!!!!
Absolutely spot on Ummm, the contribution of young fourdogs to the clan collective can never be underestimated. He truly is our Minister For Foreign Affairs. Eamonn Gilmore can feck off. Only one man owns my passport!

i didnt go to the lunch but from pictures it looked great and next year for home heineken cup games, id hope that the clan would put on a lunch for away fans. we wont have our own clubhouse but whatever pub that will sponsor the clan, we could do some deal, even soup or burgers and a pint for €X.
back on track, id like to thank fourdogs and anyone else who said that 'the melting pot' would be our meeting spot. flags in the window used to make me smile walking to it.
friendly staff, good size and plenty of rugby on tv. little bit of soccer too.
it really felt like a ''local''. got handed out a free pint or two, was aloud pull my own pint late sunday and towards the end, we got control of the radio and got on the fields of athenry.
went to de danu friday, was grand but felt like a busy pub, not a place you could get to comfy in.
any drinking time i had, it was in connacht's bar, the melting pot.
met some great people there too. (ye know who ye are)

This Clan is nothing without its members and they effort they put in. And in Toulouse one Clanista in particular put in more effort than others. Lots of fans, myself included, met with and enjoyed the company of a great bunch of Toulouse fans prematch thanks to Four Dogs.
I'm not about to say thanks on behalf of the clan, because I can't speak for everyone else and I wouldn't try to. But without his work I wouldn't have met half of the group of people from this forum that I did, and I wouldn't have had the chance to have a really good rugby chin wag with the locals.
So hats off 4 Dogs, I can only imagine it was a massive pain organising things, as it always is. But you deserve a massive pat on the back for everything you did.
