I got it sorted. Gave a new postal address ( exactly same address) and it allowed me through to make the purchase.
Not sure why it allowed it with new address but don't care as have got my purchase!!

Donal, what browser are you using? Have you tried using a different one, some sites work better with Chrome, some wth IE (Internet Explorer).

Check as well that you have latest versions of same, this site has been updated recently so may be acting differently in older Browser versions...

Hmm, it shouldn't be giving you the option of picking it up at all. Could you send me a screenshot of the screen (the postage step, especially!) along with your browser name to the email address below, and I'll see if I can kick the back end and shake something loose.

We've been having some trouble with orders from smartphones/tablets, so if you have access to a laptop or desktop PC, maybe give it a go?

Where do you see Collect at ground? I don't see that option at all. Weigh based shipping should be the only option you see for Delivery Method.

Just like one of the other contributors I hate the various different colours on Connacht hats and jackets, lot of people will be wearing a dark blue/navy hat which from a distance looks more like Leinster's colours. Green is and should be our primary colour.
Any help with the shop problem, what am I doing wrong, hopefully it's something simple - just like me

Ok,so we're getting a scarf...what's needed next is a green jacket.Its a bee in my bonnet that Connacht jackets tend to be in varying shades of blue,black or grey; you wouldn't see a Munster supporter wear any shade other than red.Of course there are some shades of puke green out there,but only yesterday I saw a decent shade in an Ireland rugby top at my local Lidl....so any creative designer types out there can get working on it...but it MUST be warm ,keep a shower out,have decent pockets and be distinctive to Connacht !
