The sizes are smaller than expected but I still should have had enough cop-on to realise that we would have needed some more XL and XXL sizes.

The fleeces appear to be sized a bit on the small side, sadly. We will be going back for more XL, XXLs etc. as and when needed. First run was kept to a min to guage interest.

Glad to say that I had mine on me last night, was bloody freezing.

Maybe a few more XXs should be added after the Christmas for all the XXX fat b'tards out there!!

BTW if anyone wants to try them on before hand, if you can make it as far as the Mervue Industrial Estate (where I work) then we can arrange for that. But we will have them at the bar probably at the next home match.

Ummm, yeah we went for those simply based on last time we sold stuff. A lot of people were buying them for their teens so didn't want to discount the small sizes either.
As for Elvery's we have made numerous enquiries about selling our stuff in their "shop" before but without success. Will try again though... no harm.

EDIT: Forgot the measurements. I have just had time to get two done. I'm not a tailor so please take all measurements as very approx.
How I measured: In straight lines based on the fleece being flat in front of me.

===Small===
+ Chest (from corner of one sleeve to the other): 42cm
+ Bottom of Neck to Bottom: 60cm
+ Sleeve from top of shoulder to cuff: 60cm.
+ Width at Bottom (laid flat so includes half the 'side' I suppose): 53cm

===Medium===
+ Chest: 48cm
+ Bottom of Neck To Hem: 61cm
+ Sleeve from top of shoulder to cuff: 61cm.
+ Width at Bottom: 56cm

As for sizes last time we ordered a set of clothes we ended up selling very few XXL ones and relatively few XL, and we sold out of small and medium very quickly. So this time we said we would try and reflect what sold last time and get more medium.
Then we figured that we might sell more of the fleeces to adult males than we did last time so we readjusted... what we ended up with was:
5S, 8M, 12L, and 5 XL.

I haven't gotten measurements but I will take some time today and measure them out.

That said, if we get 30 orders of any sizes then we can make another order.

It's probably cheaper to rebrand the Clan logo and website to match the fleece's colour

I find it hard to believe there are so many svelte Clanners. Although the XL brigade probably held off buying stuff because they (ahem, ok, we) need the cash for beer and chips.

I know it's thin ice/eggshells territory but a bit of cuddling up to Elvery's to get the clan gear available in and around The Sportsground would do a world of good for the Clan. I know a number of solid Connacht fans who didn't know the supporters club existed.
