The name 'Connacht Clan' was beside Healy's name alright but there was no logo to go with it...

Was it not in the program the last day? Will get onto them. Probably something to do with lead time on the programs, but should be no hassles with the screen.

The good news is that it's looking like we're going to make it over the line between pledges and monies actually received.

I have just sent an email there to all people whose donations HAVE been received. If you have donated but did not get an email from me, please can you drop me a note on the below address? It's important that I'm able to ID all the payments in properly.

Finally, in the event that we have a surplus (and it looks like we might have a small surplus), those funds will be kept to one side and will NOT form part of the general club funds.

We have not yet crossed the line with regard to payments in, but we do have Matt locked down and with promises of donations still to be made/still to hit the account we should make it.

Are we over the line with the funds on this? I must say this partnership is proving quite fruitful, two games, two tries and one of the few bright sparks on a bad evening.

I don't think we ever had a news article on this.
It was mentioned in a couple of them, but not really that we were looking for funds.
It could do with its own, maybe after the game.

I think most people who use the site anyway frequently realise by now that the Recent Topics tab is where to go to view any updated threads, duplicate threads just confuse things especially if both are not updated.

Just a quick little bump. Closing date for signing on is tomorrow. We're well on our way, funds wise, but if you havn't pitched in yet, now's the time!

Yeah no more calling out their names. Sadly for us we missed it, but in the programme and on the screen is okay I suppose.

So is the policy of calling out the sponsors' names after the tries gone for this season?
I suppose it was a bit tacky, but probably made player sponsorship more attractive to potential sponsors.

It was official for the Zebre match as well. If you have a copy of the programme you'll see Matt Healy is sponsored by the Connacht Clan. We just need to get Martin (who is out this week) a copy of the logo.
