While I agree Clan Terrace should be home fans only, we don't want a situation where we can't bring people in. Mate of mine went to buy a ticket Saturday, couldn't get one for the Clan Terrace and because he'd have been standing alone, didn't want to go. Once I found out that he could come into the terrace with us on a ticket for another area, he came down. I know it's not always feasible, but in the games where it is we don't want over-zealous stewarding keeping clan members from inviting mates, and potential future season ticket holders, into the terrace.
Health and Safety are the primary issues and will dictate access policy, when the Clan Terrace reaches it's authorised capacity and there are season ticket holders unable to get access becasue spaces are filled with ticketholders for other areas of the ground I wouldn't want to be the Steward saying no. Likewise I wouldn't want to be the marketing person trying to sell season tickets the following season, "buy one for the Clan Terrace and yo may actually get to stand there for some games..." is not a great pitch...

It was said that aart from the inter-pros and heineken cup games you can go where ever you like. thought that was common knowledge
That may change if the Clan Terrace is oversubscribed most weeks with ticket holders for other part of the grounds filling it and Clan Terrace holders unable to get access...
Priority now is to see it ful most weeks as it is the area primarily seen on TV coverage....

I remember for the first home game, I had to show my ticket each time I tried to enter the Clan Stand
As for Leinster, stick those lads behind the Bohermore Terrace please

its hard enough to move around in the clan and also hard to get a ticket for mate etc to go to the clan. As they said it was nearly sold out with season ticket's. How did cardiff fan's plenty at that make it in! If leinster supports get in after new years, there will be war, i thought i would get away from them snob.s in the clan
Would be down to Stewarding. It is my understanding that's there should be no visiting supporters for any games....
Maybe contact the branch this week to voice your concern, if it's not flagged they can't do any thing about it.

i was slightly disappointed to hear the dragon's supporters singing while i was in the clan terrace. They were in the main stand and connacht supporters there should off drown them out but didnt.
Was standing right beside the away supporters and they were great craic, they didn't stop singing from start to finish. Not one for shouting myself so apologies if I didn't please you...
