No I am only fan :) But contact with our head coach is a not problem.
It would be very interesting to play with you in the summer. But then, Connacht have to travel to Russia. It would be very cool! Our season is from May to October. A pre-season tour in Europe or New Zealand in March and April.

from that game and victory you do deserve to play against a strong team and even connacht's 1st team. only problem i see is making time for it, we play 22 games in the league and 6 in the heineken cup. the best time would be at pre-season. later july. hope it will happen white bear, are you one of the coach??

Thanks. Of course, I realize that this is not the main part of the club. But for us, anyway the name of Connaught rugby club from Celtic League, Heineken Cup. By the way, next year the Secretary of your Federation has promised an even stronger part of the players.

good stuff white bear. welcome aboard.

it was men vs boys stuff. 3 and 4 guys couldnt bring a guy down twice for tries,
once #7 grace i think was on the back of the player as he crossed the line

VVA Podmoskovye (based in Monino, Moscow)</strong>
... since the RWC, they have lost the 3 best players : Artemyev to Northampton, Korshunov and Gresev to Wasps (+ last year Cobilas to Sale and Navickas to Natal Sharks U20).

Interesting that so many of these guys have been stolen to Premiership sides. Obviously they've realized that there's talent there worth utilizing and is probably alot cheaper (at first) then getting a player from one of the more established countries. I can see Russia becoming the new Argentina where there most talented players are plucked by the big French/English teams. I always wondered why someone didn't trawl the smaller nations for talent there's bound to be another Tim Visser out there playing for one of the lesser countries.

Russians are a proper league team whereas ours was thrown together for the match. A decent AIL side would likely have beaten our A's simply because of the familiarity and tightness of the set pieces. Sounds like the Russian side got their tactics bang on going after us up front judging by the three tries from forwards. That A squad should really have got a run out against an AIL side last weekend in prep for this really. Munster development side looks pretty callow too, but element of surprise is gone now and Munster name will probably elicit more caution than we will have...

some of the connacht subs looked like schoolboys and it was a complete mismatch at the end.

mcsharry and grace picked up injuries also which is a worry. rodney was destroyed in the scrum also and it needed rodgers to come in to steady it somewhat. how they can justify keeping rodney while releasing rodgers is beyond me. afterall what good is a prop who cant scrummage?

loxton did ok defencively and never saw the ball offensively. he has a touch ofthe o driscolls about him at the break down and won a few penos that way.

marmion and carty were poor at halfback and dolan looked better when he came in. buckly also did well.
o byrne and qualter did well at lineout also
