It seems here that the IRFU are back to contract negotiations - Dan got an extension at Ulster and POC is signed on for Ireland etc.

Yep, certainly hope that we're able to keep consistency. After the KK era and a very disrupted season this year, Friend deserves an extension on the Contract.

Fingers crossed that things go well. Would hate to be thinking about another new coach!
