Cheers that it sorted with my work email - confirmation email received and paypal were fine but it won't let my Dad's account log into the membership.... Not the end of the world or a panic to get it fixed either

Someone else asked about this recently. We never really considered it before. The way it's set up you need an email address and you can only have one account per email. I suppose it should be possible to sign up without an email but it's awkward to implement. Do you have another email address yourself that you could use for your dad's account? I think most email providers provide an option to have a second email address on the same account. I know in yahoo you can add a second one or set up disposable addresses. I think in gmail you just add a + sign to the end of your username and you can have as many as you want, e.g. if your address is yourname@gmail you can use yourname+dad@gmail as a second address and they both route to your account.
