Defense was good last year, mostly the same players, against Glasgow, one missed tackle is a break, most teams have more...forgiving attacks.

The scrum being shoved back so fast after Glasgow changed their front row is worrying, Connor Carey was very impressive before getting injured, hopefully he'll come back as strong.

Was listening to the game on Galway Bay FM (very impressed with their coverage btw) so can't comment too much. But you don't need pictures to know that we lost because of our complete inability to deal with kickoffs and the usual lack of accuracy and a clinical edge in the opponents 22.

One thing that stood out on radio was how little Jack Carty was mentioned, nearly the least out of the entire team I'd say. Sounded like he barely contributed at all.

Cracking day for it! Careful about jerseys if you're going for a few in town before or after lads, they're fairly strict about it in Glasgow apparently. Bring a rucksack to shove them in maybe.

Yeah you're probably right about Ili. Leader has been playing AIL but maybe it'll be a few weeks before we see him for Connacht
