Would love to have the conditions we had the last day or two but that ain't going to happen. A break in the rain and a calmer breeze will have to do.

Tonight, Matthew, Pinky is General Dwight D. "Ike" Eisenhower.

So you missed my traditional XV prediction so much that you did it by yourself!
TBF I didn't do it this week because there were too many uncertainties in the injury update!
Then I've decided to propose 2 versions

The one I think we will see : Unchanged from Ulster XV except SOB and Marmion on the bench for Lewis and Kerrins

The one I'd like to see if everyone in the update list is fully available : pretty much the same, but Roux in, Dillane 6, Marmion to start, SOB 20, Cannon 19 (experienced and solid to close out a game), Griffin 22 (Ronaldson to cover outhalf)

1) Bealham
2) Heff
3) Carey
4) Roux
5) Browne
6) Dillane
7) Heenan
8 ) Muldoon
9) Marmion
10) Carty
11) Kelleher
12) Ronaldson
13) Aki
14) Niyi
15) TOH
16) Delahunt
17) Loughney
18) JP
19) Cannon
20) SOB
21) Blade
22) Griffin
23) Ili

I'd definitely keep Carey, Browne and Ronaldson in if they are fit.
Thought they were all very good against Ulster, and Ronaldson has the physicality required.

Would like to see Connolly play at 7 if needed. I know it's not his main position, but he's always done a very good job there when required

@ConnachtCows - Always looking for new followers :)

Neither have been ruled out, though you're probably right in that as usual the team doctor will pick the team.

Very quiet on here considering the magnitude of the occasion on Saturday. Anyone care to take a stab at a potential 23? Connachta, you're normally good for a squad to get the ball rolling.

Also, are people planning on hitting foster street before the game to get the atmosphere building? Fingers crossed for good weather (mostly for our style of play, but also for the success of the thing on foster street).
