Didn't pay attention to the size, was in a hurry, but they were priced in Elverys today for €12, not sure about elsewhere.

I bet many people have the flags that get handed out at the games knocking around the house/shed. Stick them out the front of the house and you're sorted.

sounds like it could be a good idea to bring that big jersey! seems like there'll be a new jersey next year anyway so i doubt they'll be too worried about it

Would there be any chance we could borrow the big green jersey flag they use in the sportsground before the game? would add another splash of green to the stadium.

ordered 3 5'x3' flags, hopefully, they'll be here, in Cork, by Thursday, or I can call on Friday morning on way to airport.

I’ve just realised that Murrayfield is very blue (Being the home of Scottish rugby and all). So we are going to need all the green we can get! I’m thinking of doing a trip down to pick up some flags and will be back in Galway this evening, if anybody wants me to pick up an order or an extra flag or two!

Folks, I have a question.

There is a great tradition of putting up Galway flags in many towns and villages when the hurlers reach a final... Effectively the place goes maroon.

The process is simple... Down to the pound shop and get a lock of flags and stick 'em up.

I have been looking for Connacht Rugby flags, and outside of bespoke handmade ones from the banner maker in Westside (or similar manufacturers) I cannot find any.

I'm guessing that the cost would make turning the whole village green prohibitive, but where could a few moderately priced flags for a few interested houses be acquired..??
