Connacht Darkhorse: Quinn Roux

Provincial Predictions: Ulster 2nd, Munster 3rd, Leinster 4th and Connacht 7th. Nothing personal like ConnachtCows, but feel Leinster will have a down year and I would have them outside a playoff spot if Welsh rugby wasn't such a mess.

Biggest Hope: Beat a provincial rival in the League - Preferably a full strength Leinster team, where Leinster felt they got unfair treatment from the ref. I look forward to reading all those players crying on Twitter - I hate Leinster (players)! Oh,and Johnny Sexton announces that he is leaving Racing at the end of the season, and signs for any Irish team other than Leinster.

Biggest Fear: Struggling at the bottom of the table with Edinburgh and Treviso, and Dave McSharry losing his spot and confidence

Connacht Darkhorse: Nathan White to have a huge season for us
