Who is the kickng coach ??? Or do we even have one ?? Parks is not the player he was but surely he could be giving the tips and tricks to Carthy and Ronaldson??
Also Carthy took the first kick and the Ronaldson took the rest which seems a bit strange.

Missed kicks has cost us massive points this season. It drives me mad.

That's a nothing stat in relation to a game where there was a gale behind us in the first half and them in the second. We went 40 minutes of the second half without scoring, they went 37, so what.

Neither kicker could kick snow off a rope apparently - Ronaldson missed 3, Jackson missed 4.

Sorry, only saw the score for today's game so didn't know that but at any rate I think it is a relevant stat on the season as a whole.

Yet another game we have failed to score in the 2nd half. Losing count at this stage but must be up near double figures by now. Glasgow is a tough place to get a result but they were missing the guts of a full team. These are the sort of games we need to be winning if we are to improve on our current position by the end of the season.

Lost 8-6, very disappointing. Ronaldson missed two kicks at goal.

Yes but can he field high ball and defend the try line, unless you are saying that he won't have to! Lol.

Matuwalu can be ridiculously good at times.

That's an exciting connacht team, clarke being out is a blow but also gets browne and muldoon on the pitch at once. Hopefully muldowney will get a kick up the arse for the second half of the season and find some form.

Matawalu is dangerous no matter where on the pitch he's playing. He has played a number of games on the wing this season and has played 15 for Fiji.

He's not having a great season compared to the last, but anyone who saw him at the Sportsground knows just how much he brought to Glasgow when he came off the bench. Their winning score was in large part thanks to him.

A scrum half at FB, a backrow forward at 13 and 12 players away with Scotland! As good a time as ever to play them. Is it ontelly?

That's a good looking team. Very young but that is where our future lies. Pack is light but very mobile !!

Rabo Direct Pro 12 Round 13
Glasgow v Connacht Sunday 9th February 14.00

Connacht return to Pro 12 action on Sunday looking to put last month's nightmare defeat to Saracens behind them. Connacht will know that picking up points in the coming weeks will be of vital importance if they are to move away from the bottom of the table. Glasgow haven't hit the heights of last year but with two games in hand on their rivals look well primed to reach the playoffs yet again.
