10-15 players to be signed on dual contracts funded 60-40 with wru holding contract. Wru putting up 2m initially and regions 1.3m.

Welsh regions and PRL pushing it again. Round 1 fixtures for LV cup announced and clash with pro12 fixtures scheduled for weekend of 31/10. Statement from Lv organisers says that WRU and RRW must sort out agreement first and then address fixture issue. They are determined to go into the gutter at every opportunity.

In meantime Glasgow look to break 3000 season tickets for the first time next season. The permanent capacity is just under 5k so its pretty much sold out. Afaik 20% is reserved for away support and sponsors etc also take their share. They put up a temporary stand at one end from mid october but u cant sell a season ticket for mid october.
