In a totally selfish manner, I'm happy with the draw. I'll be in New Zealand for the Zebre (A) game, and the Quins (H) game. If I could pick any two matches to miss, it would have been those.

When people start to book match tickets, make sure you come on here, and let everyone know, where your seat is. The more fans we can pile into one section, the better.

I cant talk for the Toulouse or Gloucester games last season, but having everyone together in The Stoop was really impressive

i wasnt in toulouse but most people clai 800 supporters made the way. i know not all from the west cost of ireland but at least 180.
average ryanair plane is 180 i think, and i think €250 is fair to getting to and from biarritz.

Have to say as far as putting in a strong performance in the HEC this is as good of a fixture list as Connacht could have hoped for, best chance for an away win followed by Quins at home. There is actually an outside chance they could be top of the table when Biarritz come to the Sportsground. Can you imagine the place if that were the case?

Of course they could just as easily be at the other end of the table, but preseason is not the time to dwell on such thoughts. Going to keep it positive as I start to get back into it with the season's start in sight.
