Hi all!

Delighted to announce that the Clan will be putting on a bus to the Munster match in a few weeks time. Tickets available here:

www.connachtclan.com/shop/thomond-park-b...ticket-package-nov15

The €20 early bird price is exclusive to Connacht Clan members and includes the return bus trip and a ticket for match. The ticket alone would cost €23 if purchased through the normal channels.

We have made this available at €30 to non-members, but with membership only costing €10, you may as well just join!

The early bird offer will cease on the 14th November, and thereafter prices will rise to €25.00 for members and €35.00 for non members!

Spaces may well be limited to get in early!

Got mine today lads! Just in time :)

Any chance that you might put on a second bus? My brother might be interested in going but cannot confirm yet with family commitments. What kind of bus will it be!? I hope it's the nice big Green Connacht one. Connacht Abu!!! First trip on the bus to Thomond (drove before) so really looking forward to it :)

I believe it's 2pm from Jury's on the Spanish Arch, but Shelflife will have to confirm I'm right about that. We usually meet in the Dail beforehand anyway. We should of course also mention that there'll be a free pint for everyone in The Dail after we return!

Leaves at 2pm outside jury's . I'd say most will meet in the Dail and wander down around 1.45 to the bus .

munster's game with Stade Francais has understandably been postponed, means they have nice long rest going into our game and no need for them to rest players

Its very hard not to go full strength for an interpro especially since we are top and it goes against my heart but after this news for me our main target should turn to the Cardiff game. Getting a win away to a full strength Munster team is extremely unlikely. I think we would be competitive but 4 points in Cardiff is much more realistic and longer term would be much more valuable than going flat out at both games and maybe picking up a losing bonus point or two.

Munster and Stade both have one game played so with the other games to fit in, this one being postponed isn't a big deal but where it will fit into the calendar is another question. There is probably going to be some Pro 12 games knocked out of sync at some stage.

I would be thinking the weekend before the last two rounds (around Jan 9th) would make the most sense. The postponed Pro12 and Top 14 games could take place during the 6N. Only outstanding one would be the Bath game as the Premiership is running right through the 6N, but that could be caught up during the knockout stages if Bath don't go all the way.

Belfast Telegraph and Denis O'Brien Daily both saying Oyannax/Ulster and Stade/Munster games may happen next Pro12 gameday (w/e November 28) with Munster/Connacht and Ulster/Leinster interpros moving to a w/e during the 6 nations.

Surely that can't be right.

I know 47 people who might be at a bit of a loss for activities on the 28th!

Link?

I'd prefer to take that risk that than play a rested full strength Munster, but I think it's unlikely because it would interfere with the top 14.

Indo article vaguer, has less detail on re-scheduled Pro12 & Top 14 games.
