Do you see those guys as natural 6s or 8s who are moved to 6 because Muldoon has 8 locked down?

Late to this, but yes it was same Alex.
He's finished college ( Hartpury - who also have a club side that plays league below Championship) and Pirate's offered him a short initial contract which has been extended to a couple of seasons..Decent Wing/Fullback, not sure if he's top, top class though as they say in soccer...

There are a lot of difficulties with moving to the North as opposed to swapping around down south.

Currency fluctuations
Tax differences
Political/religious difficulties (though not as prevalent as it was)
Cultural differences - not huge but they are there.
Brexit implications - who knows what changes this will bring.

Courage is knowing what lies on the other side and still opening the door.

Replacements:

Adam Moloney (Shannon RFC / Munster)

Matthew Burke (Corinthians / Connacht)
Jack Regan (UCD RFC / Leinster)
Gavin Coombes (Young Munster / Munster)
Jack Lyons (Young Munster / Munster)
Conor Fitzgerald (Shannon RFC / Munster)
Tommy O’Brien (UCD RFC / Leinster)

Good day for Sligo RFC to have Gallagher captain the side in Kelly's absence
And for Ballinrobe RFC with Burke in squad
Doris is also a Mayo lad but seems to be destined for Leinster set up

I'd love to see us go after Doris, we could offer him gametime as 1 19 year old whereas he's going to join a massive logjam behind Heaslip, Murphy, Conan, Timmins, and Deegan at Leinster

Pirates 31 Eagles 5 half time. Try bonus point to Pirates already. Looks like a winless season for the Eagles :-(

Highlights from the Eagles Game, tough day at the office for all. One good point to be taken from it is Kerins seems to have a great snappy pass on him you need to go to the last to minutes to see this

Makes no sense to me at all !

Possibly to assist with LI travel arrangements / costs..?

CONNACHT EAGLES (v London Irish):
Josh Rowland (Buccaneers); Matthew Byrne (Galwegians), Ciaran Gaffney (Galwegians), Kieran Joyce (Malone), Adam Leavy (Galwegians); Luke Carty (Buccaneers), Conor McKeon (Buccaneers); Jack Dinneen (Galwegians), Shane O'Hehir (Sligo), Dominic Robertson-McCoy (Galwegians), Cillian Gallagher (Sligo), Daniel Qualter (Buccaneers) (capt), Rory Moloney (Buccaneers), Josh Pim (Galwegians), Marc Kelly (Galwegians).

Replacements: Conor Kyne (Galwegians), Saba Meunargia (Buccaneers), Cian Romaine (Buccaneers), Sean Masterson (Corinthians), Stephen Kerins (Corinthians), Morgan Codyre (Galwegians), Joe Murphy (Corinthians).

Decent enough squad, bench a bit weak. Against a hard nosed Championship side, a big ask...

Irish have made a raft of changes since their last Championship game against Bedford Blues, only seven of the matchday squad are included, and only two of those (in Bold) started.

14 Ben Ransom; 1 Harry Elrington; 3 Ollie Hoskins; 5 Jerry Sexton; 18 Will Lloyd; 19 Luke Narraway; 22 Johnny Williams

Still atough outing for a scratch squad, but if these guys want to make it in the pro game then they have to start stepping up in these fixtures...

Then I saw the LI team and thought this could get uglier than Katie Hopkins' twitter feed.

Didn't know Jack Dinneen could prop, is that something he's always been able to do or out of necessity?
