La Rochelle's second try was way too easy. Perhaps they would say the same of Adeolokun's, but from a Connacht fan's point of view it was well taken. I'll forgive him the Ashtonesque dive since I believe it was his first for Connacht and it was a crucial one at that, but I could just see him popping a shoulder or breaking a couple of ribs if he keeps it up. Matt Healy is probably not well known or rated outside of Connacht, but I would have him on the field as much as possible. What a spark he provides, you'll always get a couple of decent breaks out of him. Lovely stuff for Marmion's try and a great individual effort for his own. Hats off to all the lads for sticking with it. Going in at half time with La Rochelle on top in the scrum and on the scoreboard you'd wonder if they had a fightback in them. When they didn't push on right away after McKeon's try doubt was creeping in, but they prevented them from scoring in the 2nd half and eventually got the late required scores. Bring on Gloucester!

I think the most of them went to McNulty's - I stayed there for one but headed home after that; I think given the state of me the night before, I needed to have an early night.

A big, big thanks to FourDogs for sorting out VIP tickets - it was hugely appreciated, and my father was delighted, so thanks a million.

Actually I wanted to do this tonight, but I seem to have lost everyone.

Shelflife, especially you, I want a refs perspective.

I'll be in the Clan HQ around 11.30. Swing by if you're able to stand up unaided

Just seen this now. Pity. Didn't get back to the pub till 1.30

. Proper analysis only, no timer wasters please :)

Wait, never mind, this rules me out

Didn't matter, they were closed when I got there!

absolutely shattered, as I'm sure a lot of others are. 10 hour drive just finished.

I was hoping to do some interviews in the pub after the game, but nobody was there! Where did everyone get to? I left the stadium and asked a father & son where the bus left from. They didn't know, so they just said "We'll drive you" and off we went into town. We hung around in the Humbert for a while after that but there was a hole where the Clan were supposed to be :)

Oh, and then we went for food and the missus got food poisoning, so that was a fecking awful finish to the night!

Guys I've found our new n°10 for next season, and guess what he's already been playing for us for 3 years

Biarritz home 2 y ago, Toulouse away last year, and now La Rochelle, what is the common point??

Job done. It was a bit hairy but got there in the end. After a dodgy 2nd quarter we kept them scoreless after half time. We park this here and all focus after the break on the Scarlets match.

Poor Jack Carty has left 10 behind, though both conversions appeared to be difficult.

I think I spoke too soon!

I spoke too soon that I spoke too soon. Bonus point. Well done Nihi.
