As an Edinburgh fan I wanted to join your forum and offer my congratulations, you've played brilliant rugby.
I imagine Eric Elwood is in tears of joy somewhere, and Pat Lam has taken you to another level, the coaching has been superb, as has been your approach all season.
Well Done, have a great( couple of) nights, we'll see you next season.

The biggest thing for me in the last few months the big boys have come to us with full panels to choose from in big games where they were motivated and they were sent packing. We're not in this final because of the world cup or because of luck or any of the other bollox the Dublin media likes to spout, we're here because we're one of the two best teams in the competition and by the end of the day we'll be the best and no one will be able to take that from us.

The nerves.
Every other Irish province has been in and won bigger matches than a Pro12 Final, so this may not mean much to them, but today is historic for Connacht. Today is our day at the top table and my word have we waited.
We've been the forgotten province - and not just in rugby. As a sport, at times, we've been a small fish a small pond. We've been the curtain raiser to the greyhounds and we still play at the dog track. It's only 13 years since they tried to shut us down. To those who marched on the irfu and made them see sense, thank you. Today would not have happened without you all.
No matter what happens today, it's been our best ever season and what's most encouraging is that this is sustainable. Under a truly brilliant coach we have brought through local and academy players to form the backbone of this team. Our professional rugby club buys into the culture, into the sense of place shared by fans. That ethos and the groundwork that has been done and is being done at all levels will continue to pay dividends, of that I have no doubt. Connacht are the model to which outsiders say their clubs should aspire to. And they're right. We may not be n finals every season, but this work means we will not fade away once more.
That is what has been most pleasing, and that's the case whether we win or lose at Murrayfield.
But I really want us to win.
The West's Awake.

it's 50/50.
Leinster were favorite, I said it earlier in the week, but without Toner and Nacewa (2 of their 4 main leaders IMO) their slight advantage vanished
Back-three is now a tie (as back-row), 2nd row advantage Connacht. Same for centre pairing, which exactly compensates the slight advantages of Leinste up-front and for n 10.
Will be magnificent (on the paper of course)
