Seems this has been updated on the Pro 12 website. No cards for us today so looks like we will get the £10,000. Converted to euro is €13,800 at the moment. Useful money to be able to put towards youth development.

It's not just about the money, it's about making small but significant progress. It's about maintaining composure, seeing the plan through for a whole year, not throwing away games at the end of the season, not getting 20% of the seasons yellow cards in one game, a game that could have been won with 15 men even at that point.

I posted before the game that they should be told to avoid card situations but that was a joke, professional player shouldn't have to be told not to do stupid things, they shouldn't have to be told not to tip tackle the opposition.

I'm with Rossie on this one. To f***k with a Fair Play award that is worth less than a third of one percent of even our tiny budget. We've a lot more to be worried about.

Who loses a 12 point lead at home to CARDIFF? Out maul defence was appalling, I thought the ref was endlessly patient with us I'd have binned someone long before. The yellow card boys McKeon and Muldowney, and the likes of Buckley - scrum went to hell in a handbasket once he came on for Loughs - need to get a grip, that was shambolic.

€10,000 isn't to be sniffed at for Connacht and this may confound the reputation Connacht always had with referees for being on the brink of illegality in the main.

Having said that I'd gladly trade any award like this for another win or two on the table.
