Just throwing it out there are there any members for the new season interested in car pooling up and down for the games ! Same day / night obviously rotate as if driving won't be drinking not in a position to be doing over nighters in Galway but if I got pints at 3 out of 4 games I'd be happy ! Just throwing it out there !

Thanks Dead, will keep in touch . With family etc staying every game not an option so thought if there are supporters in same situation as me there maybe something beneficial for all parties.

I tried this last season
Megatron and Mollz265 came with me the odd time. They might be on the lookout again for this next season

I am actually living in America right now, otherwise I would definitely be joining in on this!

Sold the old Astra when I moved up so unfortunately couldn't help out on the driving side but would gladly throw a lad some petrol money if he was heading down, so I'll keep an eye on this . Don't want to derail the topic but is there a preferred spot to in Dublin to watch away games? I usually watch in Devitts on Camden street but find it's just me and the long suffering (Leinster!!) Girlfriend most of the time

Me! Based up by the airport, nearly always stick around for an hour or two after a game, but rarely stay over.
Myself and Connemara Man used to frequent the River Bar, it was the handiest for both of us as I was either driving or on the dart into town. Up for changing if someone else suits others, as long as I don't stray too far from the dart.

Yeah it is. Nice and central most places have a transport link to it or near enough to it

When I head west for a game I generally spend the weekend at home.... I would be interested in watching some games in a designated dublin pub if I thought we would have a decent screen and few connacht heads ..
Watched the away game v Toulose in The Woolshed and their was a few lads knocking about for it

Anyone travelling this weekend? I've to work until about 3, then I've to head straight back to Dublin after the game.
