hi guys,
Not sure who to contact, so I'll do it here, but I see there is a new Clan logo. Can whoever is in charge (Ha!) get in touch with me so I can sort out the same stuff for the Clan app, it would be good to get a unified look and feel throughout all of our social outlets.

Whoops. Yeah we did that a while ago. Not finalised on the font for the banner (I've a lot of work to do on the site and the banner this saturday after Bledisloe 2). I'll send on the logo and will include you on the rest of the stuff about the site work as well just so you are in the loop. It shouldn't affect the FTP dump that you have for the app though.

Looks like we're back online thanks to some great work from Diom. We're still getting to grips with the new version of the site and it'll probably be a while before we sort everything out and settle on the new look, but it'll allow us to continue in the meantime

Sorry about the delay. There was a (and continues to be) some issues with how permissions are handled on our host server (if you want a technical explanation I will), which forced me to take drastic steps (start again). Pinky and I had gotten 99% of the way to this point by yesterday evening before I noticed the issues occurring.
Anyway, yeah there are still plenty of missing features and we'll enable them as we go along. You may or may not notice but all of the features we rely on for the forum, the main site etc... have been brought forward to the latest versions. They had been somewhere between 4 and 6 years old for the most part, and that is an age in software terms. So while it might look more basic than the previous iteration it gives us a much more solid base to build the site on from here on out (and we will be keeping it up to date as we go from now on as well 
).
As I said in the FB post, please let us know if you notice something out of kilter and we will try and get it sorted ASAP.

I have same problem in both safari and ff.
When you click the clan forum button from the home page the "Recent Topics" tab isn't there. when you navigate into any topic it appears.
Looks great otherwise guys.

I think the thing I'm most happy about is that we finally have a working favicon for the browser tabs and bookmarks!

Is it just me, or is the forum much narrower than before? I'm using a 24inch monitor at the moment, and half of it is being wasted with big green columns left and right, with the actual content only taking up half the screen (like watching something filmed in 4:3 on a widescreen telly).
Very minor thing but thought I'd mention it anyway.

New site looks brilliant on my mobile but not so much on the desktop or laptop, the columns on the side spoil it a bit and the central text is slightly too narrow. Not a criticism in any way just some constructive feedback, fair play on all the hard work over the last few days to all involved.
