Looking forward to watching the World Cup matches.  What an appropriate opening round matchup for me --  Ireland -vs- USA  -- a face off between my two "home" countries.  Have to support Ireland, though, without question.

Well, that doesn't hurt, sure; but the USA just haven't reached that next level yet, and very few Americans care or even know the World Cup is just around the corner.  Thus, my rugby loyalties will always lie with Ireland.

Somebody fill me in on exactly how ITV works.  I see we have it in our UPC package, but there's never anything on it.  Does it just come on for things like this?  Not a pay-per-view thing, is it?

Unfortunately UPC doesn't include ITV as part of the package, only UTV - http://www.upc.ie/television/digitalmaxplus/ .


However it is possible to watch ITV online or even on a smartphone or tablet using http://www.filmon.com/


Have used it very successfully on my smartphone and the quality is superb.

Setanta says they are showing ALL the RWC games.  I'm assuming this means you'd have to subscribe to the extra Setanta package from UPC, correct?

Fetu is not on the squad for Tonga's first match against New Zealand.  Sure could use him here if they're not planning on using him there!!

I was just about to ask about him. Thought he impressed in all the warm-up matches. Seems odd
