In case anyone missed it, Season Ticket Holders need to buy tickets for this using the link in the email they sent out.
It doesn't appear in the normal Members Area when you log into your season ticket account.
I'm getting an error when I enter my email address after clicking the link: "We could not load the event details. Please try again."
It's only just gone live though so I'm not panicking yet :-)

You are not the only one, I went to “Priority Ticket Access” and it’s showing “NO EVENTS AVAILABLE”. We have time until Thursday, but I want to get them sorted straight away.

The email link just goes to the regular match page now and says "TICKETS ARE NOT CURRENTLY ON SALE FOR THIS GAME"
I didn't bother emailing them as I assume their inbox is flooded and they'll have it sorted in due course in any case ...

Will only work for 1 ticket, I have 2 on account and it does not allow me to get the 2, and according to the email I can only buy once. I am sure that they will work it out!

I have the same issue Conn8, 3 season tickets linked to my email but only allowing me to purchase 1. I emailed but no reply and good luck trying to get through on the phone. In desperation I tried the Dublin number for the junior ticket sales, they couldn’t resolve it though they could see the 3 season tickets registered to my email.
Does anyone know if there’s a human presence in the Sportsground offices? I’ll plant myself in there in necessary.

I sent a few emails to no response, then I just replied to the original email with the link, explained my cause and left my phone number. Low and behold I got a call within 5 minutes and order was done over the phone and the tickets emailed soon after. All is good!
