This could still end up legally messy but Farrell and Coulson were witnesses only. Really poor reporting from France and just goes to show how bad sources can be. Even RTE were in merky territory (they edited obv very quicky).

Looks like there will be at least one more announcement to come:
“We are currently in the process of finalising the full makeup of the backroom team and we hope to have further news in the coming weeks.”

Wonder what Carolan's role/title will be
You'd imagine Mossy Lawler or Ambrose Conboy will take over the academy

Great news, delighted for the 2 lads. Peter Malone taking over as interim Ireland U-20 coach:

Congratulations to Nigel & Jimmy, sure it will be helpful to KK to have them on board.
I must say though personally, if Nigel was going to leave the Academy I'd just as soon have him take over for Pat straight off. Maybe this move positions him better to take over in 3-5 years, but through the shift he has put in heading up the academy he has proved it and earned it. This is not a knock on Keane at all, still think he's capable of doing a fantastic job here and looking forward to next season.

I've no doubt we can enlist at least one of these 7 guys to be our 5th senior lock, which may be enough with our 3 Academy guys pushing behind.
We can also add Joe Joyce to the list, Bristol Irish U20, contract ended this summer
No, I definitely don't worry about next seson at lock, even if we need to sign 2 names.
I'd be more cautious for now and play-off, I'm really happy with Browne/Roux + Cannon on the bench, but again we're 1 injury away from having Stevenson/Qualter (or SOB, I'd prefer) in 2nd row,

So I was down in rabbits watching the match and someone (myself) mentioned that John's soon to be 300 caps for a single team might just be a record in the profesional era. Is this true, and do we think the Guinness book of records would be intrested?

You'd say I'm a diehard, but I'm trying to find out any hidden IQs weeks after weeks ;
and I found a guy would could be worthwhile if O'Leary goes (which seems likely as he hasn't been a starter in club rugby.recently, stuck on the bench...)
Caolan Ryan, Rotherham 10/15

Lydon is a Ten, who has been playing 15 for Scottish. Probably why he's signed for Ealing Trailfinders next season...only 24, couple of months younger than Jack...

So if he's signed, let's focus on Ryan

Do we need a 4th 10 if Crosbie signs?
