I heard from a 95 year old Connacht supporter yesterday who simply cannot believe he would ever see the day. Delighted.
He says he is still is hanging on and waiting for a Mayo All Ireland.... so plenty of years in the man yet!

Switched on TG4 for the Ireland game yesterday evening and for some reason (they like winding up Leinster folk?) they were showing brief highlights of the Pro12 final. Stood there shaking my head for ten minutes. Still having trouble believing it!

A couple of years ago you would have gotten great odds on Connacht to win the league before Mayo win the All-Ireland.
With all the Elverys rumours, I think Pat Lam may be involved with the Mayo team in some way over the summer.....

I confess to watching it online on link to BEiN Sports provided on the forum, on TG4 player, on Setanta and also on Setanta with sound down and commentary linked to GBFM live match podcast, listened to all the Craggy Rugby podcasts on the match twice and am now working my way back through the podcasts from the season.
