I'm guessing you won't be the only one! There'll be a queue. If it's any consolation I'm thinking that someone in tickets.ie copped what was happening and the portal has been closed. I was able to log on and buy 2 tickets, when I went back on after reading Try Harders post to see if I could add 2 junior tickets, the link was still there under special purchases but said I had purchased my quota. Link was gone and replaced with 'no fixtures available' about 30mins after that.

So I bought two tickets during the glitch yesterday, but I didn't get any confirmation email, and the money hasn't been taken from my account.

Have others received confirmation emails?

I got two, didn't get an email, not sure about the money, have some pending transactions but can't see the details...but I did download the ticket and have them in PDF

There odd in that they say connacht vs TBC. But the date and time is all correct on it.

Aha. I didn't notice any option to print them yesterday (because I was half cut) but when you (1) log back in to https://cbirfu.seasontickets.ie/renewals , (2) click "my tickets", and (3) click your season ticket, then you should see your "special purchase" with an option to print at home.

I got no email. But my account is showing a €50 transaction pending from tickets.ie
The ST portal doesn't show any record of the purchase, and if I'm perfectly honest neither does my brain :)

My guess would be they turned it on for a few minutes to do a live test to make sure all was ready for Monday and they weren't expecting everyone to pile in.
They'd want to drop us a mail one way or the other to let us know the story.

I wonder will they just honour them so.
I've already emailed tickets.ie saying there is no record of the ticket, must get on to them again.

Information has been updated and the tickets sold early are valid and will be honoured.

How many people actually got tickets already ? They can't really cancel the tickets if it's their mistake and they go on sale tomorrow so as far as we know we're grand :unsure:

I don't mind either way but in fairness they should confirm what the story is ...
There is an update on the website but it doesn't mention that situation.

Is it also a bit odd that they haven't confirmed ticket prices?
I would assume the €25 price we got is a bit too good to be true, considering H Cup pool games used to be €30.

My brother is a Leinster season ticket holders.
Their semi final tickets went on sale yesterday, and I'm fairly certain that he said his ticket cost €20

I got my around 11 pm yesterday, tickets were numbered, it was close to 50 sold at that point.

we hedged our bets on this, i bought 2 yesterday but herself is holding off until 9 Monday in case i'm made walk the plank.

Can the tickets still be bought today?
